For most general palletising, 12mm polypropylene strapping with metal seals is sufficient. For heavier loads or export pallets, 15mm strapping or steel strapping may be more appropriate. We can advise based on your load weights.
17mu is suitable for lighter loads and general use. 20mu–23mu is the most popular for standard pallets. 34mu heavy-duty film is for very heavy or irregular loads. Thicker film uses less material per pallet as it stretches further.
