Single wall boxes have one layer of corrugated fluting sandwiched between two flat liner boards. They're lighter and more cost-effective, suitable for items up to around 15kg. Double wall boxes have two layers of fluting, making them significantly stronger — they're designed for heavier items (up to 30kg+), longer transit distances, and stacking on pallets.
We carry over 40 standard sizes in single wall and 20+ in double wall, ranging from small postal boxes (152×152×152mm) to large pallet-sized containers. If you need a size we don't stock, we can have bespoke boxes manufactured to your exact dimensions — typically within 5–10 working days.
